Hi! I’m Jinal. Blogs that have little or no information about their authors frustrate me and so – I’m putting my money where my mouth is.
I started blogging before it was even called that — In 2000, I started with Diaryland — moved on to Livejournal — wandered around on Blogspot, before finally calling this place home. (That’s not to say I don’t have a couple other stray blogs elsewhere
Culture and commerce fascinate me. The diffusion of culture via new media and the integration of new media with fashion, beauty, brands, retail, art and banking excites me. I have actively been adding to this dialog and am most interested in continuing this discourse with like-minded people.
I value simplicity, honesty and the ‘real’ ness – in people, places and brands. I invite chaos and enjoy re-definitions. I’m curious. I’m passionate. And I crave new experiences. I’m entrepreneurial and enjoy working with startups.
I love meeting new people so do drop in and say hello
I invite you to browse around my site. View my published work, my blog or check out other sites that I find interesting.
I live in (and love!) Philadelphia – the first wireless city in USA (how apt!) I studied journalism at Temple University. And am currently working at a kickass company, doing what I love.
